Clariti is seeking a Business Development Representative to engage with local government agencies across North America. This role reports to Arnold Yung and is the first point of contact for potential customers.
The Business Development Representative is responsible for:
- Researching prospects to build effective outreach.
- Using phone, email, and social touches to schedule qualified meetings with prospects.
- Working with the Demand Generation team to develop target lists and messaging.
- Constantly evolving and improving the lead qualification process.
- Engaging with Sales Executive partner to ensure timely handoff of leads.
- Maintaining a pipeline of prospects and leveraging Salesforce CRM.
Clariti requires:
- Comfort with cold calling.
- Coachability and openness to feedback.
- A curious mindset and ability to learn quickly.
- Experience using Salesforce.
- 1-3 years of B2B sales and/or Govtech experience.
