Wall Street Prep is seeking a Client Account Director to manage top-tier corporate clients, focusing on strengthening relationships, ensuring successful training delivery, and driving revenue growth. The Client Account Director will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, from onboarding through renewal and expansion. This role involves collaborating with senior leaders at WSP and decision-makers at top financial institutions.
- Serving as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to top-tier corporate clients.
- Owning the full account lifecycle, including onboarding, renewal, retention, and expansion.
- Building and executing strategic account plans to grow revenue and deepen engagement.
- Conducting quarterly business reviews to track progress, share insights, and identify new needs.
- Collaborating with the Business Development team to transition new clients into active partnerships.
- Working cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Monitoring and reporting on key account metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Partnering with senior leaders at WSP to shape strategy and maximize impact.
- 5+ years of account management experience.
- Proven success managing renewal cycles and growing revenue within existing accounts.
- Strong preference for candidates with experience in financial services.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex organizations.
- Highly independent, proactive, and entrepreneurial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
- Excellent time management and attention to detail.
