Accounting Analyst

Job Description

AstroPay is seeking an Accounting Analyst to ensure accurate financial operations. The Accounting Analyst will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting tasks, tracking company and intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and policies. They will also handle month-end and annual closings, analyze financial variations, and collaborate on implementing new accounting systems while supporting internal and external audits.

The Accounting Analyst at AstroPay will be expected to collaborate with IT and finance teams, actively participate in systems migration, and work with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end and annual closing
• Ensure accurate tracking of transactions
• Execute accounting analysis and reports
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards
• Collaborate on implementing new accounting systems
• Participate in systems migration
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• +2 years experience in accounting
• In-depth knowledge of accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in financial software tools and Excel, including Oracle
• Fluency in English
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proactive and results-oriented attitude
