Eko, a startup specializing in e-commerce video solutions, is seeking a Business Operations Manager. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The Business Operations Manager will work on defining key business KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration between marketing, sales, and other business units.

Role involves:

  • Defining, tracking, and optimizing key business KPIs across the full funnel.
  • Developing and refining business processes.
  • Owning and maintaining HubSpot CRM.
  • Identifying and addressing gaps in business processes.
  • Analyzing daily and weekly performance metrics.
  • Supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM.
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
  • Proven ability to define, track, and analyze business KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Experience working across marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
