This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency, data integrity, and strategic decision-making across the organization. The Business Operations Manager will work on defining key business KPIs, monitoring performance, and fostering collaboration between marketing, sales, and other business units.
Role involves:
- Defining, tracking, and optimizing key business KPIs across the full funnel.
- Developing and refining business processes.
- Owning and maintaining HubSpot CRM.
- Identifying and addressing gaps in business processes.
- Analyzing daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Supporting leadership in strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Business Operations, Revenue Operations, or a similar role.
- Strong expertise in HubSpot CRM.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management.
- Proven ability to define, track, and analyze business KPIs and implement process improvements.
- Experience working across marketing, sales, and revenue operations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
