Capital on Tap is seeking a part-time Customer Support to join their team in Cardiff. The Customer Support will be the primary point of contact for small business owners, assisting them with problem-solving and ensuring their satisfaction. The Customer Support will work 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 1pm.

Role Involves:

  • Servicing customers via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolving customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Understanding objection handling to ensure customers' needs are explained clearly and fairly.
  • Maintaining knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identifying vulnerable customers and ensuring they get the right support.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years customer service experience.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Experience using CRM’s.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to manage high volumes of enquiries without compromising service quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
