Brainlabs, a High-Performance media agency, is seeking an Ad Operations Manager to join their team in Mexico City. The Ad Operations Manager will shape and oversee the delivery of work for clients, define objectives, and measure success in line with campaign objectives and KPIs. The successful candidate will generate and promote innovative concepts, applying a test-and-learn approach, and share successes across the practice.
The role involves:
- Creating and launching advertising campaigns on digital platforms.
- Optimizing campaigns based on established objectives and KPIs.
- Monitoring campaign performance and adjusting strategies.
- Collecting and analyzing campaign data to identify trends.
- Generating regular reports on campaign performance.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest developments in advertising platforms.
- Configuring and managing advertising accounts.
- Collaborating with client marketing teams and Brainlabs colleagues.
Brainlabs is looking for someone who:
- Is proficient in English.
- Has strong Ad Operations knowledge with 4+ years of experience.
- Has demonstrable success in optimizing Ad Operations campaigns.
- Has experience on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and Amazon DSP.
- Has a good understanding of how other channels work and optimize together.
- Is a confident and engaging communicator.
- Is passionate about growing the knowledge of those around them.
- Has excellent presentation and data analysis skills.
- Has a strong attention to detail and is process-oriented.
