Appspace is seeking a Technical Outcomes Engineer to join their Customer Care team. This role is pivotal in ensuring enterprise-level customers achieve their desired business outcomes using Appspace's SaaS product. The Technical Outcomes Consultant will leverage their deep understanding of customer business needs, technical expertise in the product and related technologies (SharePoint, PowerShell, Azure/GCP), and strong relationship management skills to guide customers through product implementation, adoption, and optimization.

Role Involves:

  • Developing a deep understanding of customer business objectives and technical environments.
  • Creating and executing technical success plans aligned with customer goals.
  • Providing expert-level technical guidance and support.
  • Troubleshooting complex technical issues and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Developing and delivering technical training and documentation.
  • Taking ownership of critical technical issues and support tickets.
  • Providing effective resolution to technical problems.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to other team members.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with key technical stakeholders.
  • Communicating technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Acting as a customer advocate, providing feedback to product development teams.

Requirements:

  • 3-5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role.
  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level customer relationships.
  • 3-5+ years of experience with SharePoint administration and PowerShell automation.
  • Deep understanding of SaaS technologies and deployment models.
  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration and security best practices.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Knowledge of Azure/GCP and device management skills are highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential.
