VTC Field Support Specialist - TS/SCI w/ FS Poly Required

Sound Engineering Solutions is seeking a VTC Field Support Specialist for a role based in Columbia, MD. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, operating, maintaining, repairing, and modifying end-user devices and systems. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working efficiently with minimal supervision. The candidate must possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Installing, operating, maintaining, repairing and modifying end user devices
• Troubleshooting and solving technical issues related to end user equipment
• Ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Active & Current TS/SCI with Full Scope Poly REQUIRED
• High school/GED and a minimum of four (4) years of experience
• Highly skilled in installing, repairing and troubleshooting VTC devices and systems
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand technical manuals and schematics
• Able to manage time and priorities effectively
• Proficient in working with end-users remotely
• Familiar with Active Directory security and policies
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Outstanding communication skills
• DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 Certification
