Nightfall AI is seeking a Lead Product Designer to enhance the user experience across its products and platforms. The ideal candidate will lead UX design, ensuring intuitive and engaging experiences. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and advocating for user-centered solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Collaborate with engineering and product management teams.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into design recommendations.
- Build relationships with customers to address user needs.
- Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines.
- Partner with engineering for precise implementation.
- Communicate design decisions to stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4-6 years of UX design experience for software products.
- Strong creative and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools for design.
- Self-motivated approach to complex problems.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design expertise.
- Experience with design tools like Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
