Sigma is seeking a Field Alliance Manager - EMEA to join their growing Partner team. The role involves executing sales GTM initiatives and partner programs to engage strategic technology and consulting partners in EMEA.
Responsibilities:
- Evangelize, enable, and execute go-to-market strategies with technology and consulting partners.
- Build and socialize joint solutions with the Sigma GTM Team and partners.
- Drive new programs and opportunities through our sales team.
- Collaborate with the Sigma sales and marketing team to support events.
- Host Sigma enablements and partner appreciation events.
- Co-own support materials for various programs and initiatives with partners.
- Regularly meet with sales and sales leadership.
- Track, measure, and report on agreed KPIs using Sigma.
- Monitor joint EMEA Slack channels with partners to encourage collaboration.
Requirements:
- Possess Sales DNA and understand the sales mentality.
- Preferably have a working knowledge of cloud environments and data ecosystems.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Exhibit extreme organization and collaboration skills.
- Act as a self-starter, demonstrating initiative.
- Identify and communicate wins and areas for improvement.
- Display strategic thinking abilities.
