The Orchard, a global digital distribution leader, is seeking a Marketing Project Assistant (Intern) to join their record label and support the marketing team in developing artists and labels. This internship is based in Paris.
Role involves:
- Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Contributing to marketing plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Coordinating marketing campaigns (digital, OOH, media, events).
- Analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations.
- Collaborating with internal and external teams.
- Providing recommendations for social media management.
- Participating in drafting press releases and creating communication tools.
- Assisting in managing project release schedules.
- Supporting administrative and logistical project tasks.
- Assisting with the company's Instagram account management.
- Managing and monitoring the performance of artists' YouTube channels.
- Participating in the setup, optimization, and monitoring of advertising campaigns.
- Conducting competitive analysis and following trends in the music market.
Requirements:
- Student in business school, communication, marketing, or equivalent university program (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
- Passionate about music with a strong interest in marketing and digital marketing strategies.
- Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach.
- Good command of digital tools, social media, and streaming platforms.
- Strong writing skills.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) and analytics software (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
- Previous experience in the music industry is appreciated.
