The Orchard, a global digital distribution leader, is seeking a Marketing Project Assistant (Intern) to join their record label and support the marketing team in developing artists and labels. This internship is based in Paris.

Role involves:

  • Assisting in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
  • Contributing to marketing plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinating marketing campaigns (digital, OOH, media, events).
  • Analyzing campaign performance and providing recommendations.
  • Collaborating with internal and external teams.
  • Providing recommendations for social media management.
  • Participating in drafting press releases and creating communication tools.
  • Assisting in managing project release schedules.
  • Supporting administrative and logistical project tasks.
  • Assisting with the company's Instagram account management.
  • Managing and monitoring the performance of artists' YouTube channels.
  • Participating in the setup, optimization, and monitoring of advertising campaigns.
  • Conducting competitive analysis and following trends in the music market.

Requirements:

  • Student in business school, communication, marketing, or equivalent university program (Bac+3 to Bac+5).
  • Passionate about music with a strong interest in marketing and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigor, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Creativity, initiative, and a proactive approach.
  • Good command of digital tools, social media, and streaming platforms.
  • Strong writing skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Canva) and analytics software (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
  • Previous experience in the music industry is appreciated.

The Orchard offers:

  • Minimum legal internship allowance (669.90€ gross per month).
