OGT is seeking a Supply Chain Operator 1 to join their Operations team in Cambridge. This is a fixed-term contract position. The Supply Chain Operator 1 will contribute to an efficient end-to-end supply chain, assisting with kit assembly, managing goods in/out, warehousing, providing customer service, and managing inventory. The role also involves supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Final product assembly
  • Handle dry ice (training will be provided)
  • Printing IFUs and kit labels
  • Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
  • Maintaining a clean working environment
  • Raising Material Transfer Form requests
  • Picking warehouse items using the iPassport system
  • Keying orders into the SAGE accounting system
  • Assisting with final dispatch packing
  • Executing and documenting tasks using ISO compliant documentation
  • Reporting any non-compliance with quality system
  • Reporting safety related issues
  • Identifying and recommending process improvements
  • Collaborating with internal and external partners
  • Completing tasks delegated by the Finished Goods Supervisor
  • Assisting with warehouse goods-in and material transfer processes
  • Updating inventory systems
  • Maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Identifying and investigating inventory discrepancies
