OGT is seeking a Supply Chain Operator 1 to join their Operations team in Cambridge. This is a fixed-term contract position. The Supply Chain Operator 1 will contribute to an efficient end-to-end supply chain, assisting with kit assembly, managing goods in/out, warehousing, providing customer service, and managing inventory. The role also involves supporting projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Final product assembly
- Handle dry ice (training will be provided)
- Printing IFUs and kit labels
- Monitoring and maintaining stock levels
- Maintaining a clean working environment
- Raising Material Transfer Form requests
- Picking warehouse items using the iPassport system
- Keying orders into the SAGE accounting system
- Assisting with final dispatch packing
- Executing and documenting tasks using ISO compliant documentation
- Reporting any non-compliance with quality system
- Reporting safety related issues
- Identifying and recommending process improvements
- Collaborating with internal and external partners
- Completing tasks delegated by the Finished Goods Supervisor
- Assisting with warehouse goods-in and material transfer processes
- Updating inventory systems
- Maintaining accurate inventory records
- Identifying and investigating inventory discrepancies
