BI Analyst at NextEnergy Group

NextEnergy Group is seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to enhance reporting and drive operational efficiencies for the WiseEnergy Commercial and ESG team. The BI Analyst will leverage systems like the new Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and Microsoft data automation and visualization platforms to support strategic initiatives.In this role, the candidate will:

• Collaborate with internal teams to centralize commercial datasets.
• Design and implement Power BI reports aligned with existing frameworks.
• Identify and drive efficiencies through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with Group IT strategy and policies.

To be successful, the candidate should demonstrate:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a BI Analyst role or similar.
• Proficiency in SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, and database querying (TSQL/SQL Server).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of data governance and quality best practices.
