Foresight, an outpatient mental health company, is seeking a passionate Associate Mental Health Therapist to join their virtual team in California. This role focuses on providing high-quality mental health care to a diverse clientele through individual, family, and couples psychotherapy. Foresight supports associates through their licensure journey with professional development and a dedicated support team.
- Providing attuned psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Developing assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborating with interdisciplinary team
- Active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license
- At least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist
- Associate license is not in subsequent status
- Proficiency with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
- Full-time, flexible, remote schedule
- Professional development, supervision, consultation groups, and a dedicated support team
- Free in-house Continuing Education and Therapy Certification programs
- Collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
