Finance Associate (m/f/d)

Job Description

Kayzen, a global AdTech scale-up, is seeking a Finance Associate to join their team. This role offers the opportunity to shape forecasting, reporting, and operations as the company grows globally. The Finance Associate will partner with the Finance Manager and the Finance & Legal Lead to drive operational excellence and strategic insights across all finance areas.

• Own and improve management & investor reporting.
• Analyse cost structures and unit economics to optimize performance.
• Monitor cash flow and deliver accurate forecasts.
• Support strategic planning through deep-dive data analysis.
• Create ad-hoc reports to guide decision-making.
• Help evolve our budgeting processes as we scale.
• Own key finance ops: contracts, stakeholder requests, credit system management
• Be the go-to person for internal ticket requests (Sales, Customer Success, etc.)
• Maintain finance tools and systems with a proactive, audit-ready mindset

• Up to 3 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Controlling.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Operational mindset.
• Great communication skills in English.
