Foresight, an outpatient mental health company, is seeking a passionate registered Associate Mental Health Therapist to join their virtual team in California. This role involves providing high-quality mental health care to individuals, families, and couples, with a focus on client-centered care, trauma-informed approaches, and evidence-based practices. Foresight offers full-time, flexible remote work, professional development, supervision, and a supportive team.

Role Involves:

  • Providing attuned psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
  • Working full-time (36 hours/week) with a mix of therapy sessions, supervision, and administrative tasks.
  • Developing assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.
  • Collaborating with an interdisciplinary team of clinicians and professionals.

Requirements:

  • California residency and an active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license.
  • At least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist.
  • Commitment to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices.
  • Proficiency in mental health counseling practices, technology, and EHR systems.
  • Ability to work 2 weekdays/week between 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) or one weekday/week 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM (Pacific time)
  • Bilingual services are a plus.
