Teads is seeking a Content Review Specialist in Japan to join their Global Content and Policy team. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing content policy on advertisements served within the Teads network and maintaining communication with local and global business teams to address their needs.
The role involves:
- Performing high-quality content moderation while meeting company SLAs.
- Becoming an expert in Teads' Policy and guidelines.
- Reviewing customer content to ensure it meets Teads' content guidelines and deciding whether to approve, reject, or work with the customer on necessary changes for compliance.
- Providing internal teams and clients with suggestions and solutions for improving their submitted content.
- Escalating content patterns that could potentially cause issues in the future.
Requirements for the role include:
- Problem-solving skills, sound judgment, and decision-making ability in a dynamic environment.
- Passion for content.
- Team player, self-starter with the ability to execute quickly.
- Detail-oriented.
- Previous experience with client services, support, or translation.
- Previous experience in the digital space is an advantage.
- Japanese – Native.
- English - Fluent.
