Team Lead - Tech Operations

Job Description

Teads is seeking a Technical Operations Team Lead to join their Supply Operations team in New Delhi. The role involves local leadership, hands-on troubleshooting, testing, and integrating programmatic and traditional supply. The Team Lead will collaborate with business and operational teams, build strong internal relationships, and manage tasks autonomously.Responsibilities:

• Team leadership and management, including mentoring, performance management, and hiring.
• Collaboration with other departments, bridging between support groups and stakeholders.
• Providing technical expertise for successful implementation of supply.
• Facilitating troubleshooting and providing technical assistance to Account Managers and clients.
• Resolving case tickets and troubleshooting product issues.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of leadership and team management experience.
• Customer-focused with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with Asia-Pacific countries.
• Proven experience in tech product development and operation.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RestAPI, HTTP, JSON, and OpenRTB.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Fluent English (verbal and written).
