Testing Coordinator at Testlio

Testlio is seeking a Testing Coordinator to play a vital role in client projects. This fully remote position involves managing testing processes and tester teams, ensuring high-quality execution.

The Testing Coordinator collaborates with clients, testers, Test Leads, Testing Managers, and Engagement Managers to uphold Testlio's quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring test run quality.
• Creating test cases.
• Leading and coordinating test runs.
• Conducting issue reviews.
• Updating test plans.
• Raising project risks.
• Monitoring testers and test leads.
• Escalating run-related matters.
• Collaborating with stakeholders.
• Defining priorities.
• Monitoring project KPIs.
• Substituting other testing coordinators.

Requirements:

• Passion for software testing.
• 2+ years of testing experience, preferably on mobile.
• 1+ year of Testlio Platform experience (preferred).
• Knowledge of testing methodologies.
• Customer-facing experience (beneficial).
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Excellent Chinese communication skills.
• Experience managing freelance testers (preferred).
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Analytical and detail-oriented.
• Fast learner.
• Socially open-minded.
