Job Description
Testlio, a leading quality management company, is seeking a Testing Coordinator to join their fully remote team. This role is open to candidates located in Taiwan, Vietnam, Thailand, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Testlio combines human expertise with AI-powered solutions to ensure high-quality digital products for its clients. The Testing Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of test runs and coordinating testing activities.
The role involves:
- Ensuring the quality of test runs.
- Creating test cases based on testing strategy.
- Leading and coordinating test runs from start to finish.
- Conducting issue review and initiating follow-up actions.
- Updating test plans based on feedback.
- Monitoring testers and providing feedback.
- Escalating run-related and operational matters.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
- Monitoring project quality KPIs and taking improvement actions.
Requirements:
- Passion for software testing.
- 2+ years of hands-on testing experience, preferably on mobile platforms.
- 1+ year of experience with the Testlio Platform (preferred).
- Good knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Strong time management, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Excellent English writing and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent Mandarin verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience managing or working with freelance testers (preferred).
- Ability to work well under pressure.
- Analytical and detail-oriented.
- Socially open-minded and empathetic.
