Associate Mental Health Therapist at Foresight Mental Health

Foresight, an outpatient mental health company offering virtual and in-person therapy across California, is seeking a passionate Associate Mental Health Therapist. The role involves providing client-centered care, with a deep understanding of trauma-informed approaches and evidence-based practices. Foresight supports associate therapists through their hours leading to licensure.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attuned psychotherapy to individuals, families, and couples.
• Working full-time (36 hours/week) with designated hours for therapy, supervision, and admin.
• Developing assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes.
• Collaborating with other clinicians in an interdisciplinary approach.

Requirements:

• California residency with an active Associate Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license.
• At least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist.
• Proficiency in mental health counseling practices, risk assessment, and technology.
• Ability to provide bilingual services is a plus.
