The Medium team is responsible for increasing the productivity and efficiency of the sales channel that serves medium and large businesses. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will identify business opportunities through leads generated in marketing actions and prospect companies that fit. They will be responsible for the first contact with potential clients, generating value for the brand.

Role involves:

  • Prospecting companies, identifying fit, and qualifying leads.
  • Making the first contact with new leads (Inbound or Outbound).
  • Understanding and solving the main objections of potential clients.
  • Interacting with prospects via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Mapping opportunities for the sales team.
  • Generating interest and developing leads to provide more opportunities for the sales team.
  • Scheduling meetings between potential clients and sales specialists.
  • Updating information in the CRM with relevant points about the identified opportunities.
  • Interacting with the Marketing team to improve the quality of leads generated.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of the sales funnel and consultative sales process.
  • Knowledge of Inside Sales.
  • Experience in B2B sales.
  • Skills to overcome and handle objections.
  • Good communication and active listening skills.
  • Organization.
