B2C2, a digital asset pioneer, is seeking a Project - Product Manager to join their Product and Delivery team in London. This role involves supporting the company's strategic growth by working collaboratively with various departments to deliver key business initiatives. The Product Manager will primarily liaise with the Operations, Risk, and Technology functions, focusing on process optimization and automation.

• Defining and executing the product roadmap.
• Identifying market trends and client needs.
• Facilitating design workshops.
• Prioritizing features and improvements.
• Integrating regulatory and security best practices.
• Driving automation and scalability.
• Implementing analytics and monitoring tools.
• Removing blockers and impediments.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in product management.
• Experience of treasury services, and custody provider integrations.
• Proven track record in automating manual workflows and process optimization.
• Familiarity with risk management and operational processes in financial services or crypto.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Risk, Treasury, Operations, and Engineering teams.
• Data-driven mindset.
• Experience working in an agile environment.
• Excellent understanding and practical experience of the Project Lifecycle.
