LetsGetChecked is looking for a People Operations Manager to join their team. The People Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning, management, development, and coordination of the company’s HR policies, procedures, and legal/compliance activities. This role will provide strategic HR support to the Technology department, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Role involves:

  • Partnering with the Technology Department to manage daily HR functions.
  • Developing HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
  • Providing guidance and support on employee relations issues.
  • Ensuring compliance with current local employment laws and regulations.
  • Creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, preferably in the Technology sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, processes, and procedures.
  • Experience partnering with geographically dispersed teams.
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
