LetsGetChecked is looking for a People Operations Manager to join their team. The People Operations Manager will be responsible for the planning, management, development, and coordination of the company’s HR policies, procedures, and legal/compliance activities. This role will provide strategic HR support to the Technology department, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Role involves:
- Partnering with the Technology Department to manage daily HR functions.
- Developing HR strategies that support the company's business goals.
- Providing guidance and support on employee relations issues.
- Ensuring compliance with current local employment laws and regulations.
- Creating, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Manager, preferably in the Technology sector.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, processes, and procedures.
- Experience partnering with geographically dispersed teams.
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing HR strategies.
