Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing a sales strategy.
- Building a lead generation system.
- Driving sales and exceeding revenue goals.
- Potentially hiring and leading a sales team.
- Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans.
- Representing CVX at events.
- Collaborating with other leaders.
- Reporting to the CEO.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, startups, or fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in sales and exceeding revenue goals.
- High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
- Proactive approach and ownership.
- People-focused with the ability to unite people
- Effective communication skills.
- Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
