Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy.
  • Building a lead generation system.
  • Driving sales and exceeding revenue goals.
  • Potentially hiring and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans.
  • Representing CVX at events.
  • Collaborating with other leaders.
  • Reporting to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, startups, or fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success in sales and exceeding revenue goals.
  • High work ethic and a sense of urgency.
  • Proactive approach and ownership.
  • People-focused with the ability to unite people
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
  • Network within the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred).
