The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with an ability to build trust, inspire a high-performance team, and a passion for venture capital.Specifically, the Head of Sales Operations will:
- Develop and execute sales strategies
- Build lead generation systems
- Drive sales and exceed revenue targets
- Potentially hire and lead a sales team
- Participate in budgeting and goal setting
- Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans
- Represent CVX at events
- Collaborate with other leaders
- Report to the CEO
CVX Ventures expects candidates to possess:
- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
- A proven success in achieving revenue goals
- High work ethic and a sense of urgency
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Fluency in Danish and English
- A network within the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred)
