  • Develop and execute sales strategies
  • Build lead generation systems
  • Drive sales and exceed revenue targets
  • Potentially hire and lead a sales team
  • Participate in budgeting and goal setting
  • Monitor KPIs and implement improvement plans
  • Represent CVX at events
  • Collaborate with other leaders
  • Report to the CEO
CVX Ventures expects candidates to possess:
  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments
  • A proven success in achieving revenue goals
  • High work ethic and a sense of urgency
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Fluency in Danish and English
  • A network within the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred)
