CVX Ventures is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead their Danish division in Copenhagen. The Sales Manager will be responsible for shaping sales strategy, driving commercial expertise, and ensuring long-term profitability. CVX is one of Europe's fastest-growing venture investors, aiming to be the largest by providing growth companies with capital, knowledge, and a strong network. They currently have 20 ambitious individuals across Copenhagen, London, and Oslo.

Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing a sales strategy.
  • Building a robust lead generation system.
  • Driving sales and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Hiring, developing, and leading a top-tier sales team upon reaching sales goals.
  • Participating actively in budgeting and setting organizational goals.
  • Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans to improve results.
  • Representing CVX at events, gatherings, and conferences.
  • Collaborating with other leaders and reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience, preferably in venture capital or high-growth startups.
  • Proven success in achieving and surpassing revenue goals.
  • High work ethic and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to take ownership.
  • Excellent analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
  • Network within the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred).
