CVX Ventures is seeking a Team Leader to drive the Danish division in Copenhagen towards growth and success. They are one of Europe's fastest growing venture investors.
The role will focus on shaping strategy, driving commercial excellence, and ensuring long-term profitability. The ideal candidate is a strong leader capable of building trust and inspiring a high-performance team.
Role Involves:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Building a strong lead generation system.
- Driving sales and exceeding revenue goals.
- Leading a top-class sales team (after achieving sales goals).
- Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
- Monitoring KPIs and implementing action plans for improvement.
- Representing CVX at events and conferences.
- Collaborating with other leaders.
- Reporting directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in venture capital, high-growth startups, or fast-paced environments.
- Proven success in achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
- High work ethic and a strong sense of urgency.
- Proactive approach and ability to take ownership.
- Ability to effectively communicate with management and board levels.
- Excellent analytical and structuring problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in Danish and English.
- Network within the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred).
