Role Involves:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Building a lead-generation system.
  • Driving sales to exceed revenue goals.
  • Hiring, developing, and leading a sales team.
  • Participating in budget work and setting organizational goals.
  • Following KPIs and implementing action plans.
  • Representing CVX at events and conferences.
  • Collaborating with other leaders.
  • Reporting to the CEO.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in venture capital or high-growth startups.
  • Proven success in achieving revenue goals.
  • High work ethic and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Proactive approach and ability to take ownership.
  • Ability to communicate with leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in Danish and English.
  • Network within the Danish startup ecosystem (preferred).
