The company connects restaurants and consumers through innovative solutions, processing millions of orders monthly. iFood is not only in food delivery, it provides market, pharmacy and pet delivery. They have also created iFood Pago - Fintech, which includes iFood Benefits, food and meal vouchers and iFood Pago, the restaurant's bank.
The DevLog team develops solutions that improve operational efficiency using data, product/technology, and artificial intelligence. The ideal candidate will analyze data, develop testing strategies, and collaborate with product, data, and business squads.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing data and business indicators, transforming them into insights and opportunities for improvement.
- Developing and implementing testing strategies for rapid and efficient learning.
- Balancing innovation and efficiency, prioritizing activities according to the 80/20 methodology.
- Collaborating with other product, data, and business squads to conduct tests and gather learnings.
- Contributing to the strategic direction of the logistics team, focusing on order growth and logistical efficiency.
Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, Excel, and SQL.
- Strong sense of project management and analytical skills.
- Experience in Business Analysis and/or Business Intelligence.
- Ability to adapt to changes and enjoy working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
- Proactive and results-oriented, with a willingness to be hands-on.
- Entrepreneurial and innovative profile, seeking solutions even in challenging situations.
- Ability to break down deliverables and prioritize tasks in a constantly evolving scenario.
- Strong business and analytical sense, with the ability to make strategic decisions.
- Ease of adapting quickly to new technologies and challenges.
