Shift Lead (gn) at The Quality Group GmbH

The Quality Group (TQG) is seeking a Shift Lead to oversee logistical operations within the main warehouse area during their designated shift. This role involves both process and disciplinary leadership, working closely with other teams and the Operations Manager. The Shift Lead will ensure productivity and manage a team within the specified area.

• Professionally and disciplinarily leading employees in their area
• Steering and coordinating relevant process areas during shifts
• Taking responsibility for productivity and operative results
• Leading smaller improvement and innovation projects
• Supporting the Operations Manager in technical topics
• Monitoring relevant KPIs and deriving measures
• Optimizing processes based on Lean principles

Requirements:

• A degree in logistics, training as a warehouse foreman, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Initial leadership experience
• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience with MS Office 365 and a high level of technical affinity
• Ideally, familiarity with Lean methods and their application
