Sales Development Representative with Arabic language (entry-level) at Veeam Software

Veeam, the leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join their team. This role is based in Bucharest, Romania, and involves generating new business through outbound calling and engaging with potential clients through various communication channels. The Sales Development Representative will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets. They will also track and manage account information in Salesforce and provide outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities include:

• High level of outbound calling to generate new demand
• Engaging with potential clients through various communication channels

• Tracking and managing account info in Salesforce
• Meeting identified monthly KPIs
• Providing outstanding customer service

Requirements include:

• Fluent Arabic (C1 and above)
• English language (B2 and above)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus
• Excellent correspondence skills
• A passion for learning about Veeam's products and services
