Software Developer in Test (JavaScript)

Job Description

Veeam, a global leader in data resilience, is seeking a Software Developer in Test to work on AWS backup & recovery and other products. This role involves designing, building, and maintaining efficient test code, implementing test approaches, creating test plans, and automating tasks. The candidate will partner with developers and Q&A to improve tests and troubleshoot incidents.

Role involves:
• Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable test code
• Building and implementing test approaches and improvements to automation
• Creating test plans and automating them
• Scripting and automating tasks in Bash, PowerShell, and Python
• Partnering with developers and Q&A to improve and automate tests
• Troubleshooting and resolving complex incidents discovered by CI/CD

Requirements:
• 2+ years of development experience with JavaScript (or TypeScript)
• Experience in script creation (Bash, PowerShell, Python)
• A university degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience
