Veeam, a leader in data protection and ransomware recovery, is seeking a Software Developer in Test (JavaScript) to join their team. This role focuses on AWS backup and recovery products, contributing to a resilient data platform. The role helps to ensure applications and data are protected and always available.
Role Involves:
- Designing, building, and maintaining efficient test code.
- Building and implementing test approaches and automation improvements.
- Creating and automating Test Plans.
- Scripting and automating tasks in Bash, PowerShell, and Python.
- Partnering with developers and Q&A to improve and automate tests.
- Troubleshooting complex incidents discovered by CI/CD.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of JavaScript (or TypeScript) development experience.
- Experience in Bash, Powershell, and Python script creation.
- A university degree in a technical field or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience in e2e test development (with Playwright or a different test framework) - will be an advantage
- An understanding of the Page Object Model test design pattern - will be an advantage
