Appnovation is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter to join their growing team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will be highly driven, hands-on, and organized, with a proven track record in high-volume tech and digital hiring.

The Senior Tech Recruiter will partner with diverse stakeholders, help shape Appnovation's talent strategy, and play a crucial role in scaling teams across the APAC region. The role also involves onboarding new joiners and HR tasks.

What This Role Involves:

  • Leading end-to-end hiring for technology and digital roles in the APAC region.
  • Managing a pipeline to attract, engage, and close top-tier talent.
  • Partnering with hiring managers to craft tailored hiring strategies.
  • Helping launch new teams and markets in the APAC region.
  • Maintaining the ATS (Greenhouse) with up-to-date candidate and hiring data.
  • Championing the onboarding process for a positive new joiner experience.
  • Being an internal and external champion of candidate experience and employer brand.

What Appnovation is Looking For:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, especially in tech/digital hiring.
  • Proven track record managing high-volume roles.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience partnering with multiple stakeholders and regions.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse (or another modern ATS).
