Insify is seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Werkstudent Claims & Legal to join their team in Amsterdam. The Werkstudent Claims & Legal will be the first point of contact for customers with claims, combining customer service with legal accuracy. This role will collaborate closely with Legal & Claims specialists, contributing to complex liability issues and objection procedures. Ensuring the delivery of fast, clear, and human service is a key aspect of this role.

Role Involves:

• Serving as the first point of contact for customers submitting claims.
• Handling claims efficiently and accurately, maintaining focus on both the customer and the organization.
• Supporting complex cases, such as those involving liability.
• Collaborating with the legal team on intricate issues and process improvements.

Requirements:

• Currently enrolled as a second or third-year Bachelor's student or a Master's student in Insurance Law or Dutch Law.
• Proficiency in both English and Dutch.
• Availability for a minimum of 2 to 3 days per week for at least 6 months.
