Insify, an InsurTech Series A company based in Amsterdam, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Software Engineer. This individual will collaborate closely with Product and Insurance leaders to develop instant, tailored, and affordable financial safety products for entrepreneurs.

The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in building new customer-facing products, scaling the core platform across the EU, and providing technical leadership by promoting best practices in software development.

Responsibilities include:

• Building new customer-facing products and enhancing existing ones.
• Scaling the core platform to power insurance products across the EU.
• Leading by example and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience building products customers love.
• Strong mentoring skills and the ability to guide and develop other engineers.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
