Job Description
Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA (Supervising Clinician) for their ABA Center in Peoria, Arizona. Centria Autism is a leading expert in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). The role involves developing individualized programs for clients, targeting their goals and family needs. The Supervising Clinician will oversee ABA Therapy and provide guidance to Behavior Technicians, ensuring clinical standards are met.

The role involves:
  • Providing clinical oversight to clientele.
  • Training, managing, and retaining a team of Behavior Technicians.
  • Engaging parents in ABA therapy.
  • Developing child-specific behavior plans.
  • Leading and maintaining staff.
  • Managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree or higher.
  • Completion of 8-hour supervision course (or willingness to complete within 30 days).
  • BCBA certification from the BACB, in good standing.
  • Active state license, in good standing, when applicable.
  • 1+ years working with children and autism spectrum disorders.
  • Previous supervision experience is preferred.
  • Crisis management experience is preferred.
