Cordros Asset Management Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in Port Harcourt, Nigeria. This role involves sales of all Cordros Asset Management products and services. The Business Development Manager will report to the Head of Wealth Management_PH.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer/business prospecting/conversion.
  • Attending, assisting and presenting at promotional activities and marketing events.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new clients.
  • Reviewing, analyzing, and entering client information into systems.
  • Responding to client inquiries, and relationship management of existing clients.
  • Analyzing market trends and developing sales plans.
  • Educating clients about products and complimentary services.
  • Staying current with industry developments and competitor activities.
  • Communicating up-to-date information about new products.
  • Developing process improvements to optimize client management activities.
  • Ensuring all KYC requirements are duly submitted.
  • Opening a stipulated number of accounts, generating stipulated AUM, and generating stipulated revenue monthly.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in sales.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
  • Customer focused and oriented.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • High level of organization and detail orientation.
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to take initiative.
