Cordros Securities Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in Lagos, Nigeria. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of CSL products and services, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis.Responsibilities include:
  • Customer prospecting and conversion
  • Attending promotional activities and marketing events
  • Recruiting and onboarding new clients
  • Analyzing client information and transactions
  • Responding to client inquiries
  • Developing and maintaining procedures for income processing
  • Ensuring excellent service delivery
  • Managing and reactivating existing client relationships
  • Analyzing market trends and developing sales plans
  • Educating clients about CSL products
  • Staying updated with industry developments
  • Communicating new product information to clients
  • Developing process improvements for client management
  • Ensuring KYC compliance
  • Opening a stipulated number of accounts monthly
  • Generating stipulated AUM and revenue monthly
Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing, or finance
  • Minimum of five years’ work experience in sales
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
  • Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
  • Customer-focused and oriented
  • Advanced problem-solving and communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills
