Cordros Securities Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in Lagos, Nigeria. This role is pivotal in driving the sales of CSL products and services, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis.Responsibilities include:
- Customer prospecting and conversion
- Attending promotional activities and marketing events
- Recruiting and onboarding new clients
- Analyzing client information and transactions
- Responding to client inquiries
- Developing and maintaining procedures for income processing
- Ensuring excellent service delivery
- Managing and reactivating existing client relationships
- Analyzing market trends and developing sales plans
- Educating clients about CSL products
- Staying updated with industry developments
- Communicating new product information to clients
- Developing process improvements for client management
- Ensuring KYC compliance
- Opening a stipulated number of accounts monthly
- Generating stipulated AUM and revenue monthly
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing, or finance
- Minimum of five years’ work experience in sales
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites
- Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
- Customer-focused and oriented
- Advanced problem-solving and communication skills
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
