Cordros Capital Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in Kano, Nigeria, to drive sales of its products and services. The role involves customer prospecting, attending marketing events, cross-selling products, building client relationships, and ensuring KYC compliance.Responsibilities include:
- Customer/business prospecting and conversion.
- Attending promotional activities and marketing events.
- Cross-selling products within the Cordros group.
- Developing strategies to address market opportunities.
- Onboarding and building client relationships.
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Supporting management in securing new growth opportunities.
- Ensuring procedures and controls around income processing are carried out.
- Processing transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
- Developing strategies to increase profitability.
- Analyzing market trends and developing sales plans.
- Educating clients about Cordros Capital Limited products.
- Staying current with industry developments.
- Communicating information about new products to clients.
- Developing process improvements for client management.
- Ensuring all KYC requirements are submitted.
- Opening a stipulated number of accounts monthly.
- Generating stipulated AUM monthly.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing, or finance.
- Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Good understanding of the Kano market.
- Customer-focused and oriented.
- Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Superior oral and written communication skills.
