Cordros Capital Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager in Kano, Nigeria, to drive sales of its products and services. The role involves customer prospecting, attending marketing events, cross-selling products, building client relationships, and ensuring KYC compliance.Responsibilities include:
  • Customer/business prospecting and conversion.
  • Attending promotional activities and marketing events.
  • Cross-selling products within the Cordros group.
  • Developing strategies to address market opportunities.
  • Onboarding and building client relationships.
  • Responding to client inquiries.
  • Supporting management in securing new growth opportunities.
  • Ensuring procedures and controls around income processing are carried out.
  • Processing transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Developing strategies to increase profitability.
  • Analyzing market trends and developing sales plans.
  • Educating clients about Cordros Capital Limited products.
  • Staying current with industry developments.
  • Communicating information about new products to clients.
  • Developing process improvements for client management.
  • Ensuring all KYC requirements are submitted.
  • Opening a stipulated number of accounts monthly.
  • Generating stipulated AUM monthly.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, marketing, or finance.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ experience in sales.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Good understanding of the Kano market.
  • Customer-focused and oriented.
  • Advanced problem-solving and analysis skills.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
