Cordros Capital Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to be based in Abuja, Nigeria. The role involves the sales of all Cordros products and services, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis.Responsibilities include:
- Customer/business prospecting and conversion.
- Attending and presenting at promotional activities and marketing events.
- Recruiting and onboarding new clients.
- Reviewing and analyzing client information.
- Responding to client inquiries.
- Maintaining procedures and controls around income processing.
- Ensuring excellent service delivery.
- Relationship management of existing clients.
- Analyzing market trends and developing sales plans.
- Educating clients about CSL products.
- Staying current with industry developments.
- Developing process improvements.
- Ensuring KYC requirements are met.
- Opening accounts and generating AUM and revenue monthly.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Finance.
- Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in sales.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent time management.
- Customer-focused and oriented.
