Cordros Capital Limited is seeking a Business Development Manager to be based in Abuja, Nigeria. The role involves the sales of all Cordros products and services, focusing on customer acquisition, relationship management, and market analysis.Responsibilities include:
  • Customer/business prospecting and conversion.
  • Attending and presenting at promotional activities and marketing events.
  • Recruiting and onboarding new clients.
  • Reviewing and analyzing client information.
  • Responding to client inquiries.
  • Maintaining procedures and controls around income processing.
  • Ensuring excellent service delivery.
  • Relationship management of existing clients.
  • Analyzing market trends and developing sales plans.
  • Educating clients about CSL products.
  • Staying current with industry developments.
  • Developing process improvements.
  • Ensuring KYC requirements are met.
  • Opening accounts and generating AUM and revenue monthly.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Marketing, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ work experience in sales.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suites.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent time management.
  • Customer-focused and oriented.
