Launchpad, a people-first technology company, is seeking a Senior Fullstack Developer to join its growing Product & Technology team. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, scalable digital solutions while shaping development best practices and mentoring other developers. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and evolve digital platforms.Responsibilities include:
  • Building and maintaining high-performance fullstack applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Designing robust, scalable RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
  • Leading technical planning and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Developing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
  • Leveraging Datadog or similar tools to monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • Championing security and compliance standards.
  • Providing mentorship and technical guidance.
  • Ensuring system high availability and redundancy.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation.
  • Staying current with emerging technologies.
  • Contributing to the broader digital strategy.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in fullstack development with modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Deep experience with Next.js, React.js, and Node.js.
  • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and API development (RESTful and GraphQL).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools and observability tools like Datadog.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, and AWS or similar cloud platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills and Agile experience.
