Ogilvy Social.Lab is seeking an Account Director to lead work for established clients and manage an enthusiastic account team. The Account Director will be the senior point of contact for agency customers, coordinating resources, building strategic plans, and balancing client expectations with creative execution.Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring smooth account operations, creativity, and financial management.
- Building strong client relationships and understanding their business and market trends.
- Developing insightful strategies and sharp creative briefs.
- Leveraging knowledge to grow assignments & revenue.
- Acting as the creative department's senior contact, adding value to briefs, judging work, and presenting it convincingly.
- Creating an environment conducive to producing high-quality work.
- Delegating effectively to team members and other departments.
- Building respect, commitment, and performance within the team.
- Paying keen attention to detail and budgetary constraints.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in digital campaigns and ATL.
- Experience with institutional clients and understanding of the Belgian/Flemish environment.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Experience in growing senior client relationships and business.
- Expert project management skills.
- Experience in managing team members.
- Enthusiastic team player with a curious and flexible mindset.
- Hands-on approach with a borderless mindset.
