Job Description
Ogilvy Social.Lab is seeking an Account Director to lead work for established clients and manage an enthusiastic account team. The Account Director will be responsible for the smooth running of accounts, building strong client relationships, and developing insightful strategies. They will also bring creative work to the next level and leverage knowledge to grow assignments and revenue.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing the account operationally, creatively, and financially.
- Coordinating resources needed to service projects, build strategic operational plans, and balance client expectations.
- Building strong client relationships and understanding their business and market trends.
- Developing insightful strategies and creative briefs.
- Delegating effectively and appropriately.
- Ensuring keen attention to detail and budgetary restraints.
Requirements:
- 8+ years’ experience in digital campaigns and ATL.
- Experience with international clients.
- Proficiency in Dutch and English with a good understanding of French.
- Skillful project management and experience in managing team members.
- Enthusiastic team-player with a curious and flexible mindset.
