Cordros Trustees Limited is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate to provide advisory services and drive sales in Lagos, Nigeria. The ideal candidate will collaborate with relationship managers, investment advisors, and financial planners to manage corporate and private trust accounts.

Role Involves:
  • Establishing and maintaining fiduciary relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Cultivating new clients and developing high-value relationships.
  • Managing accounts in accordance with governing documents.
  • Providing expert advice on state and federal laws governing trusts, foundations, estates & investments.
  • Reviewing and interpreting governing documents.

Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in Law, Business, Finance, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • A second degree or relevant certification is an advantage.
  • Minimum of five (5) years’ work experience in financial services.
  • Familiarity with Nigeria’s tax and estate planning laws related to trust investment management.
  • Proficiency in essential planning concepts (estates & trusts, insurance, stock options, taxes, cash flow planning).
  • Familiarity with wealth management products and services.
  • Demonstrated analytical and technical abilities, communication skills, and attention to detail.
