Ogilvy Social.Lab is seeking a Connections Planner to join their Strategy team in London. The candidate will develop and execute impactful social media campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of the social media landscape, audience behavior, and modular content planning.

The Connections Planner will translate overarching campaign strategies into effective, channel-specific plans, ensuring consistent messaging and optimal delivery across numerous touchpoints and assets. This role involves audience segmentation, platform selection, content strategy, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing modular campaign plans
  • Translating overarching strategies into platform-specific plans
  • Defining target audiences for each platform
  • Developing engaging content strategies and calendars
  • Tracking and analyzing campaign performance
  • Collaborating with creative, media, and client teams
  • Monitoring social media trends and emerging platforms
  • Maintaining expertise in social media platforms

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing or related field
  • Proven experience in developing successful social media campaigns
  • Strong understanding of modular content planning and asset management
  • Expertise in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Data-driven approach to campaign planning and analysis
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in English
