Job Description

PayPay Card is seeking a motivated professional to join them as a System Planner. PayPay Card was established in 2021 to provide user-friendly fintech services, integrated with the PayPay payment platform, which has surpassed 69 million users as of May 2025. The company aims to revolutionize cashless payments in Japan and establish a financial life platform.

The System Planner will be involved in designing, expanding, improving, and optimizing systems and functions related to examinations. The role involves working with examination-related systems and contributing to the construction and renovation of these systems to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities:

• Planning and promoting the construction of systems related to examinations.
• Reviewing examination standards and organizing requirements to reflect them in the examination system.
• Organizing operations to reflect desired outcomes in the system when building a new system.
• Managing development schedules and costs.

Requirements:

• Experience in organizing operational requirements in system development.
• Ability to create clear and persuasive materials to gain the understanding of management and stakeholders.
• Leadership and communication skills to strongly promote projects.
• Experience in the credit card industry is a plus.
