This role focuses on maximizing profits in credit. The role involves renewal, improvement, and reform of the entire screening business and mechanism from a bird's-eye view.
Role involves:
- Planning and execution of initiatives to improve credit accuracy and automate screening operations.
- Planning and building for optimization of initial credit granting operations.
- Planning and building member's post-credit management operations.
- Planning and promoting automation of screening.
- Execution of analysis and improvement using screening data.
- Promotion of projects related to credit accuracy and screening business improvement.
Requirements:
- Leadership and communication skills to drive projects.
- Ability to create persuasive materials for management and stakeholders.
- Ability to collect and analyze data, make logical judgments, and propose solutions.
- Ability to structurally analyze complex problems and identify root causes.
- Experience in credit operations (experience in the credit card industry is a plus).
- Proactive attitude to identify and solve problems.
- Ability to accumulate diverse experiences with a sense of speed and pursue high-quality output.

- Ability to consider problems from various perspectives and prioritize solutions appropriately.
